Wingate has given me an opportunity to grow, personally and spiritually, as a student. I love the community feeling of the campus and I could not be more excited to share my experiences with high school students looking to find their best fit. I chose to work at Wingate for the opportunity to introduce an amazing college environment to students, and help them find their way on the road of life.

Why I love working at Wingate:

I decided to work at Wingate because I really enjoyed the people I met during my interview and the atmosphere of the University. The employment opportunity was definitely appropriate for me and I knew of Wingate’s reputation being a quality institution.  But getting to meet with the people I would eventually be working with and seeing how they interacted with one another was definitely “the icing on the cake!”  I’m very proud to be working in Admissions for Wingate University.

It’s a good sign when you wake up excited for work and eager to see what the day has in store for you. That is exactly what I have found in Wingate with the work environment and the energetic staff. As a student at Wingate University, I had such a wonderful experience, that when the opportunity arose after graduation to go on staff, I knew this was the place I wanted to be. I love that I have to opportunity to share with prospective students and families that Wingate truly is a community founded on faith, service, knowledge. It is a joy to daily share with others the special place that Wingate has become to me.

I love working at Wingate because Wingate is now home for me. I enjoyed every minute of my undergraduate experiences here in the classroom, on the softball field, or hanging out on campus. Once I graduated I knew I wanted to stay here and work in admissions where I could relay my personal experiences and love for Wingate to prospective students.

Why I love working at Wingate:

With the community atmosphere here at Wingate, it is impossible to not enjoy coming to work everyday. I love being at Wingate because it is an opportunity for me to give back to a University that has been my home for the past 6 years. Wingate provided the perfect environment for my personal growth in and out of the classroom. I look forward to sharing my personal experiences and love for Wingate with prospective students looking for their perfect fit. With the amazing experiences I’ve had at Wingate, I can not imagine being anywhere else.
